LIMA--Joan (McKenzie) Bramlette, 81, died of natural causes Tuesday at Barrett Memorial Hospital.
Her funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday at Lima Community Church. Private family burial will take place. Brundage Funeral Home of Dillon is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the Lima community Church or the hospital.
She was born July 31, 1916, in Fort Benton, and graduated from Choteau County High School in 1934.
In 1939 she married Don Bramlette. They lived in Geraldine and Dell before moving to Lima. They owned and operated several businesses until retiring in 1976.
Survivors include her husband of Lima; a son, Tom Bramlette of Dillon; a daughter, Mary Rouse of Dillon; stepsons Bob Bramlette, Don Bramlette and Ken Bramlette; a sister, Agnes Gilbert of Spokane; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.--Great Falls Tribune, Friday, April 10, 1998, Pg. 2M
