Mary Doris Bragg, age 79, passed away February 17, 2008. She was born May 29, 1928 in Sandersville, Georgia to Mark and Marie Blount Brookins. Mrs. Bragg was a homemaker, mother and member of the Allandale Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. Mrs. Bragg is survived by two daughters: Barbara Bragg Hughes of Jacksonville and Roberta Timmons Willard and husband Charlie of Callahan; two grandchildren: Barbara Timmons of Jacksonville and Mary Timmons of Callahan; one great grandchild: Graci Mae Belcher. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Bragg. Visitation for Mrs. Bragg will be 6-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, at the Hardage Giddens Funeral Home, Edgewood Chapel. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 21, at the Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home Chapel, 729 South Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
