Clarence Leo Stehling, Sr. of Harper, Texas passed away in his home on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017 at the age of 82 years. He was born August 19th, 1935 in Fredericksburg, Texas the son of Robert Stehling and Elizabeth Jenschke Stehling, served in the US Army from August 7th, 1954 to July 18th, 1956, married Anna Marie Pfeiffer on April 19th, 1958 in Eden, Texas, worked and retired from Kerr County Road & Bridge Department, was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He survived by three sons, one daughter, Clarence Leo Stehling, Jr., Frederick Robert Stehling, Elizabeth Ruth “Becky” Stehling, Edward Eugene Stehling, 16 Grandchildren, Charles C. Keen, Jeffery A. & Jamie Stehling, Cory W. & Tina Miller, Shandra Stehling & husband Jake, Clifton Kolacek, Robert L. Stehling, Steven M. Kolacek, Jacqueline Stehling, Erica Valsek, Ariel Stehling, Colby Stehling, Dakota Stehling, Jasmine & husband, Eric Meade, Brandy Stehling, Alisha Stehling, Alexis Stehling, and 15 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 29th, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Schaetter Funeral Home in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Graveside services and interment with military honors accorded by United States Army will follow Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. in the Center Point Cemetery, Center Point, Texas.

Pallbearers: Jr. “Buck” Stehling; Robert Stehling; Edward Stehling;
Aaron Stehling; Logan Stehling; and Cody Keen

Visitation for Clarence Stehling will be Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. and on Wednesday from 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Schaetter Funeral Home in Fredericksburg.
