Michelle Hoshiko Gifford passed on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the age of 38. She was born on August 24, 1979, in Fresno, CA, to Lon and Teresa Hoshiko. She was the loving mother of three children. Michelle grew up in Fresno and graduated from Fresno High School as well as California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. She is survived by her husband, Ryan Gifford; son, Jordan Gifford; daughters, Mika Gifford, and Journey Marcellin; father, Lon Hoshiko; brother, Wesley Hoshiko; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mom, Teresa Hata; grandparents, Bob and Daisy Hata, and Harry and Betty Hoshiko. A Memorial Service for Michelle will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Break the Barriers; or your local SPCA, as both were important organizations to her.
