Our beautiful Kristi Reanea Cook went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at her home in Ladoga. She will be forever loved and missed. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was born Sept. 27, 1972. She was a 1990 graduate of Southmont High School.
She is survived by: her children, Chance Malcolm Barnes and Karma Belle Cook; her mother, Martha Jane (Dees) Harris and her father Randy Harris; her mother, Jeanette (Darby) Cook; step-father, Joe Maltsberger and wife Jil; her sisters, Jolinda Maltsberger Mellady, Diana (Cook)Rumple, Meisha Dawn (Maltsberger) Wallace, Hope Cook, Nikole Harris, Camille (Cook) Singh and Mariah Cook; her brothers, Derrick Cook and Casey Harris; and her brother-in-law Travis Wallace.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Gregg Cook; grandparents, Virginia and Max Cook and Curtis and Jane Adams; and grandfather Marco David Dees.
A memorial service for family will be held at a later date. Any monetary contributions may be made through Burkhart Funeral Home, as her family is trying to establish a fund for the benefit of her children.
