Alyce E. Haskell, 91, of 4614 84th St., Urbandale, died of Alzheimer's disease Thursday at Urbandale Health Care Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marshalltown.
Mrs. Haskell was born in Chelsea and lived in Iowa Falls before moving to Des Moines in 1986. She was a retired supervisor for Boyt-Harness in Iowa Falls and was a member of the Evergreen Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Gerald of Newport News, VA; a daughter, Gene McClaran of Des Moines; two brothers, Lowell Blake of Colfax and Kenneth Blake of Stockton, Calif.; two sisters, Lois Warp of Grand Junction, Colo., and Doris Bruch of Green Valley, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Friends may all after 9 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grandview Church of Christ building fund.
