JoAnn worked as a registered nurse and loved to stay busy in the intensive care unit at Montefiore Hospital in N.Y.C.Robert and JoAnn retired and were snowbirds between Blowing Rock, N.C. and Vero Beach Fla. When they became permanent residents of Vero Beach, JoAnn enjoyed quilting and genealogy. She volunteered in the genealogy section of the public library in Vero Beach. She was also a board member for her condo association in Vero Beach.
JoAnn is survived by her husband, Robert; her son, Richard and his wife, Apiwan and their child, Anthony; her daughter, Barbara and husband, Keith, their children, Kelly and Keith Jr; her son, Ted and his wife, Becky, and their children, Kathleen, Robert, and Margaret; her son, Robert and his wife, Laura, and their children Elizabeth, David, Steven, and Evelyn; her two sisters, Norma and Lydia and their families.
