Mr. Bobby Franklin Howell, age 83 of Westmoreland, TN. passed away Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017. Funeral services for Mr. Howell will be conducted on Wednesday, November 22, at 2:00PM from Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Greg Dunham & Bro. Brandon Howell officiating. Interment will follow in the Siloam Church Cemetery. A Masonic Service will be held on Tuesday November 21st at 7:00PM at the funeral home.

The family will accept visitors beginning Tuesday November 21st from 10AM until 9PM at Woodard Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Wednesday Morning from 9AM until 1:30PM at which point services will be moved to Siloam Missionary Baptist Church for Services at 2:00PM.

Pallbearers will be: Benny Davis, Kelly Howell, Anthony Blackwell, Kenny Sullivan, Mark Cross, Phillip Brummett

Honorary Pallbearers: David Sadler, Jim Hall, Pirelli Retirees, Members of Trammel Lodge, Al Menah Shriners

Mr. Howell was retired from Armstrong Pirelli Tire Co. where he worked as a stockman for 32 years. He was a faithful member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church & was saved & joined the church in August of 1948. He joined Trammel Lodge #436 and was a member of the Al Menah Shriners & United Rubber Worker’s Union.

He was preceded in death by his Father- Charlie Albert Howell, Mother- Erma Lucille (Gregory) Howell
Great-Granddaughter – Jessica Mae Howell

He is survived by his loving
Wife- Betty Jo Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Son – Gary & (Suzanne) Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Grandson- Brandon & (Tonia) Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Great-Grandchildren: Bailey & Lindsey Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Sister- Delma Myrtle Davis of Westmoreland, TN.
Sister- Willie Dee Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Brother- Jim & (Pat) Howell of Westmoreland, TN.
Grand-Daughter- Angel Harrison & Family of Castalian Springs
