Services for David Rodney "Bud" Anders, age 56, of Winnsboro, LA, will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, March 22, 2007 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro with Rev. Hank Hamilton and Rev. Frances Guy officiating.

Interment will follow in Myrtle Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.

Mr. Anders was a graduate of Winnsboro High School and Louisiana State University of Baton Rouge and also Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church of Winnsboro where he was a member of the church choir and Good News Singers Men's Choir. He was preceded in death by his parents, David J. Anders, Jr. and Anna M. Anders.

Survivors include: Wife, Sherry Wentworth Anders of Winnsboro, LA; 2 Daughters, Sarah A. Rainwater and husband, Scotty and Rachel L. Anders and fiance' Dusty McGehee; Son, David Bradley Anders; Sister, Millicent A. Boyett of Katy, TX.

Pallbearers will be Larry Aderhold, Chris Cruse, Stephen Little, Tommy Lupo, Bill Marionneaux, and Barry Stevens.

Visitation will be from 5:00 till 8:00 PM , Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
