Antonio Hernandez, age 99, passed away on November 16, 2017 in Converse, Texas. He was born on July 5, 1918 to Ruperta Uresti Hernandez and Hilario Hernandez of Converse, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Victoria Gil Hernandez and son Julio Hernandez.

He is survived by brothers, Marcelino and Erasmo, and sister Juanita. In addition, he is survived by daughters and sons, Modesta, Rosita and spouse Jorge, Irene, Alvina, Inocencio and spouse Maria, Hilario and spouse Lydia, Jane and spouse Joel, Mary Lou and spouse Andres, Benito, Carmelo and spouse Rebecca, Chavez and spouse Diana, Antonio Jr. and spouse Debbie, Cindy and spouse Frank, Rosalinda and spouse Darrin, and daughter-n-law Maria. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

We will sorely miss his loving presence, and passion for deer hunting, painting, and Farmall Tractors. His legacy will live on through each of us.

Visitation will be Monday, November 20, 2017 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Panteon De Guadalupe Cemetery.
