Philip Loyd Harris was born July 21, 1945 in Keota, Oklahoma to Asa Lee (Winters) and William (Blacky) E. Harris. He passed away on November 15, 2017 in Keota, Oklahoma at the age of 72.
He is survived by his wife, Betty A. Harris of the home; two sons, Jeffery Harris and wife, Betty, of Keota, OK and Michael Harris and wife, DeLayne, of Keota, OK; two brothers, Carson Harris and wife, Carol, of Keota, OK and Larry Harris and wife, Sharon, of Keota, OK; one sister, Sally Hawkins of Tulsa, OK; four grandchildren, Cortney Culwell, Paisley Harris, Grayson Harris and Grant Harris; three great grandchildren, Cadyn, Cavery, and Cooper Culwell.
Philip was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral service will be 2 pm Monday, November 20, 2017 at Unity Baptist Church in Keota, Oklahoma with Rev. Larry Harris and Rev. Tommie Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Star Cemetery in Keota, Oklahoma. Military Honors provided by; Stigler V.F.W. Post #4446
Pallbearers will be Jay Rangel, Bobby Parker, Jason Lipari, Kenneth Daniels, Michael Harris, Michael Mills. Honorary pallbearers will be Grant Harris, Wayne Warren, Paul Owens, Gary Hollie, Gregg Perdue, Lawrence Burris.
