Mr. Jerry Wayne Chamblee, age 60 of Blountsville, AL., passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Shephard’s Cove Hospice in Albertville, AL.
He is survived by his mother, three brothers and two sisters-in-law, and his sister and brother-in-law.
He is preceded in death by his father – Hubert Chamblee and his sister – Deborah Casey.
Visitation for Mr. Chamblee was Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of The Snead Funeral Home. Interment was at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Blountsville, AL. immediately following the visitation.
