Mrs. Eberhart, Log Cabin Church, Civic Leader, Dies --- Mrs. A. O. Eberhart, church and civic leader in the Log Cabin community of Cobb County for many years, died Thursday morning in a private hospital. Mrs. Eberhart had lived in the Log Cabin community for 48 years. In 1912 she helped establish the nondenominational Log Cabin Sunday school, which started in a one-room cabin and has grown to include several buildings. The daughter of a Methodist minister, the late Rev. C. A. Conway, Mrs. Eberhart was born in Conway County. She was a member of Collins Memorial Methodist Church at Bolton. Mrs. Eberhart had at one time served as a member of the board of trustees of Fitzhugh-Lee School. She was on the building committee when the present building was constructed.

She was the mother of Dr. Joe! Eberhart, Atlanta dentist, and Dr. Charles Eberhart, Atlanta physician. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Spring Hill. The Rev. John W. Maxwell will officiate. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery. Other survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. L. F. Kent of Atlanta, and Miss Margaret Eberhart of Smyrna; a brother, Marvin Conway of Atlanta; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Fred Eberhart of Smyrna; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
