Judson Mildon COX was a handsome man with a fancy long curled-up mustache and was the last child born to Abner and Nancy Jane (BARKER) COX on 7 May 1866 in Belmont, Wright Co., Iowa. He moved from Iowa to Phillips County, Kansas and married his love Martha Rebecca Beechley on 15 Nov 1887. They raised 7 beautiful children and in 1916 he decided to venture west to Idaho and Washington State, where he had siblings residing. He made for himself and his family a fine farm with tall corn stalks in Hall, WA, which is currently near Cedar Creek, WA. For a time he moved to southern Idaho to follow the fruit harvests and then returned back to southwest Washington.
He died 20 Oct 1941 in Amboy, Clark Co., WA and is buried alongside his wife in Parkhill Cemetery.
