Frances formerly lived in "Little Texas" in Lexington prior to moving to Lawrenceburg. She was a member of the Freedom Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg and formerly worked as a cashier for Redi Mart, a dental office receptionist, and for Bluegrass Energy.
Along with her husband, Frances is survived by five children; Kirk Turner, Troy Turner, Lexington, Kentucky; Lesha Turner, Lancaster, Kentucky, Angela (Romeo) Welch, Nicholasville,Kentucky and Anthony Jenkins, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; two sisters, Dell (Sol) Gomes of Florida and Debbie Poynter of Winchester. She was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Aly Welch.
Burial will be in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens, Jessamine County, Kentucky.
