Robert J. "Bob" Holder passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence in Blooming Grove on Nov. 15, 2017. He was born in Metropolis, Illinois on Oct. 2, 1936 and lived in Blooming Grove for 45 years. He was retired from Tarrant Co. Highway and the City of Corsicana.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years Ann Wheeler Holder; son Stephen of Arlington, son, Stanley of Blooming Grove; three grandchildren, Rob, Crystal and Colby; one great grandson, Hayden; an Aunt, several cousins, four half-brothers and one half sister.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, two aunts, a half-brother and two step brothers.
No services are planned, burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana.
