Other than her Parents, Helen was also preceded in death by Daughter, Donna Gilbert; Brother, Arnold Banks; Sister, Louetta Dixon.
Mrs. Helen Banks Fields leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, Forrest Fields of Big Creek; Son, Richard Fields & Patricia of Middletown, OH; Brother, Herbert Banks of Hazard; Two Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews & other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Helen Banks Fields will be conducted on Saturday November 18, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Johnnie Akers officiating. The Interment will follow in the Meadow Branch Cemetery located at Dunraven, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M.
