Melba passed away peacefully April 3, 1999.
Born to Richard and Ida Beeny Sept. 13, 1922. Married Robert Early in 1945. She was a terrific mother and wife. Melba graduated from West High School. She was a member of the Salt Lake Christian Center. She always greeted people with kindness and with a loving spirit.
Survivors: husband; sons, LeRoy (Mary) Hobbs, Marty (Linda) Hobbs; daughters, Lorraine (Arden) Andreason, Terry Ostermiller; nephew, Scott Beeny, Tustin; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Luz Beeny.
Funeral Services Wed., April 7, 1999, 11:00 a.m. at the Salt Lake Christian Center, 4300 S. 700 East. Friends may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St., and Wed. One hr. Prior to Services at the Church.
Interment: Midvale City Cemetery.
