Darla J. Lucas, 75, of Bloomsburg died on Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, a resident of the Berwick Retirement Village in Berwick. Darla was a resident of her South Centre Township home her entire life.
Darla was born on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 1942, in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Ralph Sr. and Maude (Lutz) Edwards.
Darla graduated from Central Columbia High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and completing crafts.
Darla was preceded in death by her husband, Peter P. Lucas Jr., in 1998, and two siblings: Marilouise Kile and Ralph Edwards Jr.
Survivors include two children: Melissa A. Lucas and Christopher P. Lucas, both of Bloomsburg; two grandchildren: Britny Houseknecht and Devon Lucas and wife, Rochelle; great???granddaughter: River Lucas; and five siblings: Sherry Edwards of Bloomsburg, Ronald Edwards and wife, Louise, of Bloomsburg, Edwin Edwards and wife, Dawn, of Bloomsburg, Doris Whitenight of Philadelphia, and Zane Edwards and wife, Dorothy, of Danville.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
