Hazel Louise Schneider, age 70, of Hazard, KY passed away on November 13, 2017 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Herman Huff and the late Dale Dixon Fannin. She is also preceded in death by one son: Michael Patrick Sweeney and one brother: Phillip Wayne Huff.
She is survived by one son: David Todd Sweeney; four sisters: Joyce Smith, Flora Ann Spencer, Margaret Wooton & Sharon Hayesl two brothers: Vernon Huff & James Huff; six grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family & friends.
