H.N. Ashley, 92, passed away November 3, 2017, in Wylie, Texas. Burial will be at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
H.N. was born in Weston, Texas, to the late Harlen and Mossie Melvana Brewer Ashley. He was stationed in Germany while serving in the United States Army during World War II. He was a charter member of the Lavon Drive Baptist Church working and attending faithfully for over 50 years.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 50 years, Louise Ashley; brothers, Coyte Ashley and Jess Ashley; sisters: Hazel Reed, Christine Rollins, Linnie Walden, Gwen Christian, and Joyce Janell Brashear.
Survivors include his son, Chuck Ashley and wife, Julie; granddaughter, April Rodriguez and husband, Craig; grandsons, Charlie Ashley and wife, Candace, and James Ashley; great-grandson, Caleb Ashley; sisters, Mary Murphy, and Sue Justice and husband, Delbert; other relatives and many friends. N5
