Carl Rogers, 100 of Paragould, died Friday February 1, 2019 at his residence.
He was born December 16, 1918 in Guy, AR to Louie Rogers & Della Ward Rogers. He was a farmer and mechanic by trade and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Clester Rogers; son, Tommie Rogers; grandchildren, Wesley Gene Rogers, D. J. Rogers, & Michelle Hines; brothers, Amos, Albert, & Benny Rogers, Doyle & Franklin Howard; and sisters, Emily Riles & Louise Ward.
He is survived by Sons, Carl Rogers, Darrell (Annette) Rogers, DeWayne (Denna) Rogers, & Frank (Alice) Rogers; daughters, Cindy Hines, Dianna Hines, Patricia Dement, Mary Lowe, & DeLayne Rogers; sister, Berta Lou Forbes; 33 grandchildren; and many other great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends.
Visitation will be Monday February 4, 2019 at Phillips Funeral Home in Paragould, AR from 6:00PM-8:00PM.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Tuesday February 5, 2019 at Bethel Church of Christ in Paragould with Lonnie Pyle officiating.
Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery in Paragould under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
