Joseph Pacheco, age 60, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Tammie (Calheta) Pacheco.
Born in Porto Sao Miguel, Portugal, he was the son of the late Marcelino and Emelia (Soares-Elias) Pacheco.
Mr. Pacheco worked in construction as a truck driver. He was a member of the Maderira Club and Central Luzo. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Survivors in addition to his wife are two sons; Joshua Pacheco and his wife Amie of Somerset, Justin Pacheco and his fiance Abbey of Dartmouth, a daughter Nichole Spicer of Dartmouth, four grandchildren; Nora, Piper and Ava Pacheco and Savannah Durate, three siblings Odette Tavares and her husband Anibal of Acushnet, Stella Pereira and her husband Luis of New Bedford, Joao Pacheco of New Bedford, a niece and many nephews. He was the brother of the late Maggie Pacheco.
Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
