Halsey, Keith, passed away, Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the age of 52. Dear son of Alvina Jones (nee Noble) and the late Harry Halsey; brother of Dale (Becky) Williams and Rick (Vicki) Williams; loving uncle, great uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.
Keith was an avid Blues fan and enjoyed watching deer. He worked at Lafayette workshop for many years.
