Virginia Marie Allen, 88, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017 in a local hospital.
She was born April 1, 1929 in Bidville, AR to the late Willie W. and Rea (Jackson) Moore.
She was a retired seamstress for W. B. Smith and Kenline, a homemaker and a member of Pigeon Creek Freewill Baptist Church in Mountainburg.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold J. Allen and a son, Preston Allen.
Graveside service will be 10:00 A. M. Friday, November 17, 2017 at Locke Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include three sons, Dale E. Allen and wife Nancy of Beavercreek, Ohio, Justin Allen and wife Jo of Mountainburg, AR and Rex Allen of Roland, OK; two sisters, Stella Medlock and husband Kenneth of Dyer AR and Ellen Bright and husband Johnny of Muskogee, OK; three brothers, Raymond Moore and wife Pat of Mannford, OK, Dwight Moore and wife Helen of Sapulpa, OK and Paul Moore and wife Linda of Depew, OK; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Allen, Geoff Allen, Colin Allen, Lane Jeremiah, Gary Bright, Doyle Medlock and David Broadrick.
