Ruth M. Fisher, 90, of Fremont, died Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Pristine Senior Living. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 21, 1927. She married Alfred Fisher who preceded her in death on June 4, 2001.
Ruth worked as a cook at St. Bernardine Home and enjoyed tending to her garden, she loved the tulips in particular. She showcased her artistic side by crafting and painting and wallpapering her home on her own.
Surviving are her children: Suzanne Haynes of Palm Desert, CA; Christine Barnaba of Clovis, CA; Cynthia Fisher, Steven Fisher, Laureen Fisher all of Fremont, OH; Holly Milleson of Gibsonburg, OH; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son David Fisher and grand-daughter Nicole Frisch Byers.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 4-8P.M. at Keller-Koch-Chudzinski Funeral Home, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont, OH. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00A.M. on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the funeral home with Rev. Wes Milleson officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
