Ms. Linda Rue Bruce, age 79, of Hickory passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

She was of the Baptist Faith, former owner of Nanny’s Restaurant and retired employee from Merit Clothing Company.

Ms. Bruce is survived by two daughters, Debra Kaler of Hickory, KY and Belinda (Randy) Adams of Mayfield, KY; four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Cathy Foy Harpole; one brother, Glen Bruce; one sister, Joyce Snow; and her parents, Willie Pearl Bruce and Mary Adella Evans Morris.

Funeral services for Ms. Linda Rue Bruce will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Interment will follow at Boydsville Cemetery.
