Cathy was born on August 19, 1953 in Burke County to LeRoy Harris and Wilhelmenia Greene Harris
Cathy is survived by her parents; brothers, Robert Harris of Wilkesboro, Barry Harris, and wife, Rebecca, of Statesville and two nieces, Madison Harris and McKenzie Harris, also of Statesville; one great nephew and one great niece.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Stony Fork Baptist Church 116 Lawrence Greene Road Deep Gap, NC 28618
Rev. Sherrill Wellborn and Rev. Phillip Woodring will be officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
