| Mr. Fain Stone, 67, of Fairmount died Saturday, June 18, 1994, at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, following an extended illness. He was born on Jan. 9, 1927 in Pickens County, son of the late Harrison and Donna (sic) Brooks Stone. Survivors include his wife Dorothy Wyatt Stone of Fairmount; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Patterson and Mrs. Inez Gaddis, both of Dalton; two brothers, H. B. Stone and L. E. Stone, both of Fairmount; a sister, Mrs. Lou Ella Stephens of Calhoun; four grandchildren, Angela Ruff, Serina Parm, Joey Patterson, and Stephanie Amos; 10 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Funeral was Monday, June 20, at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, with the Revs Eddie Brannon and Mike Watkins officiating. Singing was arranged by Mrs. Verta Stephens. Interment was in Campbell Cemetery at Pleasant Hill. Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun was in charge of arrangements.

FAIN STONE was the son of Harrison Benjamin Stone, Sr. (#43391110) and Donie Mae Brooks (#43391111). Harrison and Donie Mae were married on 25 Apr 1913 in Pickens County, Georgia.
