Charles Thomas "Tommy" Estill, 88, widower of Eva Yvonne Payne Estill died Monday, November 6, 2017 in his home in Georgetown, Kentucky. He was born March 2, 1929 in Scott County, Kentucky. He was one of twelve children born to the late James Thomas Estill and Ida Barber Estill. He retired after 30 years from the Scott County School system. He was a teacher, principal, supervisor over teachers and maintenance personnel. He is survived by daughters: Yvonne Carol Marshall and Janice Elaine (Keith) Wilder, 4 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 3 great granddaughters, and 3 great grandsons; sister: Hazel Vickers. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Elizabeth Estill.

Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery, Georgetown, Kentucky.
