He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris James Watts, parents, Wesley and Dora Watts, brothers, R. D. Watts and John Wesley Watts, sisters, Ola Mae Watts and Margie Lou Jones.
Billy is survived by, son, Blake Watts and wife Betty, daughter, Tanoa Ribecky and husband Robert, brother, Alfred Watts, sister, Johnnie Lee Dry, grandchildren, Jeff Watts, Jonathan Ribecky, Nicolas Ribecky, Rachel Westbrook, Gary Bledsoe.
Billy served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1944 till 1947 earning the rank of Coxswain. He will be missed by whose lives he had touched.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Troy Suggs Funeral Home.
Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2017 at Troy Suggs Funeral Home with interment to follow at Colony Cemetery in Rains County, TX.
