Herbert E. Collins, age 75, of Seaford, DE passed away on Friday, November 3, 2017.
Herbert was a Certified Public Accountant with P K S Accounting in Salisbury, MD before retirement. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He was a member of the Seaford Kiwanis Club where he served as treasurer for many years. He was a graduate of Laurel High School and an active member of the Laurel Alumni Association for many years and served as president from 2008 to 2009.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Faye Moore Collins, a daughter, Susan Collins, a son, Keith Collins, a granddaughter, Addison Collins and a brother, George Collins.
Funeral Services will be on Friday, November 10th at 2 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, where friends may call from 1 to 2. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Laurel, DE.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to the USO Delaware, 500 Purple Heart Way, Dover AFB, DE 19902.
