Mary E. Robison, 97, of Wooster, died Thursday, November 3, 2017 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Brown officiating. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. In honor of her husband and son, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

Mary was born October 28, 1920 in Grenada, Mississippi to Henry and Macy Lee {Delaney} Ross.

She married AC Robison on May 6, 1939.

Mary retired from the Wooster City Schools after 25 years. She was a member at the 1st Baptist Church in Orrville, where she served as a Deaconess, an usher and served on the kitchen committee before becoming ill. Due to her illness she became a member of the Second Baptist Church, Wooster, where she could be closer to home. She enjoyed working out at Health Point, cooking her favorite meals, gardening, all sports and ceramics. Most of all she enjoyed the company of others and happiness. She greeted everyone with a huge smile.

Mary will be deeply missed by her daughters Mary Ann Robison and Kattie Robison both of Wooster; grandchildren Eric, Andre, Tai, Veronica, Trammell, Gabriel, Kailee; 9 great-grandchildren, special friends Bessie Jefferson and Tina Pater.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband AC, sons Henry and Jimmy, grandson Wesley, sisters Freddie Lee, Alice, Anna, favorite cousin Ruth Kelley.
