Mr. Charlie Franklin Cox, Sr., age 64 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born on October 20, 1953 in Marion County, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Altha Cox, Sr and Elizabeth Hafley Cox; brother, Lucian Cox; two sisters, Naoma “Susie” Edelen and Betty Fair.
Survivors include wife, Linda Sue Moore Cox, of Lebanon, KY; son, Charlie “Frankie” Cox, Jr. (Therese), of Lebanon, KY; three daughters, Donna Turpin (Roger), Elizabeth Susan Cox and Kathy Jo Cox, all of Lebanon, KY; three brothers, Pete Cox (Frances), of Casey County, KY, Jamie Cox (Shayn), of Stanford, KY, Altha Cox, of Lebanon, KY; three sisters, Brenda Cox (Warren), Lynn Cox, and Melissa Goode, all of Casey County, KY. Also surviving are ten grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Stuart Benningfield. Cremation to follow services.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
