Julia Planck Barker, age 53, of Germantown, Kentucky, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She was born on November 18, 1956, to the late Elbert Planck and Betty Hardin Planck.
Along with her mother, she is survived by: her daughter, Marylin Penrod, of Dover; a son, Wesley Penrod, of Germantown; her brother, Andy (Kathy) Planck, of Germantown; two granddaughters, Tia Penrod and Calie Wachter; and her fiancé, Dave Slay.
The visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, at Palmer Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
