Mrs. Smithers was a Member of Missouri Street Church of Christ, she Retired from Methodist Hospital as a Medical Technologist.
She was Preceded in Death by her Mother, Elsie Irene Rummells.
She is Survived by her Husband, Rodney Smithers of West Memphis, AR; Two Sons, Andy Smithers of Memphis, TN; and Brian Smithers of Calabasas, CA; her Father Gene F. Rummells of Evening Shade, AR; Two Brothers, Doug Rummells of Learned, MS; and Jeff Rummells of Dyersburg, TN.
