Daughter's obit:

Susan Joy VAN KLAVEREN Age 51, a dearly loved wife, mom, grandmother and daughter, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 6, 2006. She was born in Seattle on August 30, 1955. Susan had been ill for many years, though she suffered immensely, she continued to fight on to stay with her family. She had a great sense of humor, a joyous presence and a giving heart. Susan leaves behind her devoted husband Aart of 32 years; two loving daughers, Angela Joy Van Klaveren, Jennifer Doris Van Klaveren; her adoring grandson, Anthony Edmund ("Puddy" as Susan loved to call him, for he was the apple of her eye, never out of Susan's sight for one moment). Susan also leaves behind her devoted Mother, Doris Turner; brothers, David Turner, Tommy Turner, as well as many relatives in England and the U.S. She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Turner. "We will always love and miss you, sleep on dearest Susan and take your rest, for when on Earth, you were the best." A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle. Services will conclude in the Chapel. Private Interment will be at the Washelli Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made in Susan's memory to Vascular Research.
