Tyler Adam Thompson

Tyler Adam Thompson, 23 of Meridian, died Friday, August 30, 2002, in Boise. Private family services are under the direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home.

Tyler was born September 28, 1978, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Doug and Vickie (Deffinger) Thompson.

He was raised in Idaho Falls and attended schools there, graduating from Skyline High School in 1996. He enlisted in the US Air Force where he served for years in Germany and McGuire Air Force Base in Trenton, New Jersey. He was currently working for Silver Sage Elementary Meridian at the time of his death.

Tyler is survived by his father Doug and wife Ellen of Meridian, mother Vickie Deffinger of Boise and his son Lucas Noah Thompson of McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey. He is also survived by his sister Heather Kempf and husband Kevin, brother Trenton and wife Rhonda, brother Matthew, sister Courtney Hutson and husband Matthew and sister Rebekka Boslau. He is also survived by his grandmothers Velda Nelson of Roy, Utah and Genevieve Deffinger of Idaho Falls, many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Harold Thompson and Paul Deffinger.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Tyler Adam Thompson Memorial Fund C/O TTS, P.O. Box 1632 Meridian, ID 83680.
