Little Frances Elizabeth Stephens was born on April 3,1912 in Belsano, Cambria Co, Pennsylvania. Her father Charles Stephens b1885 was 27 and her mother Elizabeth was 30. She being the first born ultimately had two brothers and four sisters. She passed away on the day of her birth in her hometown. I feel a special affinity for my little cousin as we share the same birth date exactly 40 years later. (Interred in this cemetery per Penns State Death Cert)
