Sarah Elizabeth Russell, age 86, of Fayetteville, TN, passed away on November 5, 2017 at Lincoln Medical Center. She was born in Lincoln County, TN on September 3, 1931, daughter of the late Hubert Thurmon and Monnie Pearl Tucker Russell. She was a former elderly caregiver and a member of Victory Chapel.
Ms. Russell is survived by her husband: Charles Ed Pearson of Fayetteville, TN; daughter: Kellei Lisa Wright of Hazel Green, AL; grandchildren: Melissa Carol Wright, Joshua Thomas Britton, Chrystal Nicole Britton, Caleb Daniel Britton, Justin Hubert, Dawn Hubert, Jason Hubert and Danielle Hubert; great grandchildren: Liam Morgan Rydberg, Blaze Daniel Palmer and Theodore Thomas Britton; niece: Cindy Karen Taylor of Fayetteville, TN and special friend: Earnest Edmiston of Fayetteville, TN.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Mayo officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m.
