Nancy Lee Burnett Haynes was born July 20, 1943 the daughter of the late Cleo Rector and Beulah Marie Burnett. She departed this life, Tuesday October 18, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.
On July 14, 1974 she united in marriage with her husband of 23 years, Albert Nathan Haynes who passed away November 28th, 1997. To this union three daughters survive: Karen Sue Haynes, Beulah Mae Haynes and Rebecca Ann and her husband Sam White.
Also surviving are three grandchildren: Jacob Haynes, John Nathan Wilson White and Nancy Catherine Ann White; and seven siblings: Mary Kidd, Vela Burnett, CR Burnett Jr, Betty Decker, David Burnett, Leta Piercy and Dovie Jones with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
She is preceded in death by her siblings: Alta Lewis, Johnnie Burnett, Imogene Critchlow and Martha Neal.
Nancy accepted Christ as her Savior as a young lady and became a member of the Old Bethel Baptist Church and was a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church at the time of her passing.
