Jacksonville, NC – Ruth Ann Muldowney Langley, 95, died on November 1, 2017.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Alfred Langley, SGT MAJ (USMC-Ret) and son David Francis Langley, SGT (USMC-KIA). She is survived by her beloved son Joseph Langley Jr., CMSGT (USAF-Ret) and his wife Terry of Maxton, NC, grandchildren, Michelle Langley Laubach (CAPT Jonathan Laubach, USN), Dawn Langley (Nora Hunt), David Francis Langley, Jr., Michael Langley, 11 great grandchildren, a great-great grandchild, a brother, Daniel Muldowney of Haverhill, MA, and her buddy, Midnight the dog. A special thank you to the late Sylvia Norris and her husband Dennis for years of dear friendship to Ruth.
Ruth joined her husband and son, David, in heaven surrounded by family and under the loving care of CNA, Winnie of the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center in Wilmington, NC.
A graveside service is planned for 10AM on Monday November 6, 2017 at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, NC.
