Sarah Jane (Dietz) Hoffman, age 65, of Mechanicsburg, died on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Sarah was born on Monday, October 20, 1952 in Carlisle to the late Harvey Clayton Dietz and Marie Anna (Monismith) Dietz. Sarah was the widow of Donald “Don” Alvin Hoffman, whom she married on May 24, 1997, and who died on November 28, 2013. In addition to her parents and husband, Sarah is preceded in death by her two uncles: Harry and Leroy Dietz. Sarah’s survivors include her two children: Daniel “Tike” Wenrich, Jr. and his wife, Renee, and Sharon Weakland and her husband, Mark.
