Angela (Angie) Leigh Oliver

Angela was called home by her Heavenly Father on September 22, 2017. She was born in Memphis, TN, was a 1992 graduate of Kennedale High School, and had resided in Alvarado, TX since 1999. She was a long time member of First United Methodist Church of Alvarado and an active participant of the Alvarado Athletic Association.

Angela will be remembered as a strong believer in Christ; a devoted wife, mother, and Nana; a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin; and a caring friend to many. She took great joy in the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren.

She will be greeted in Heaven by her first husband, Matthew Huckaba; her father, David Taylor; her nephew, Robert Nolen; her maternal grandparents, Wilford (Melba) Warren and Jean Warren; and her paternal grandparents, Lanny Roy and Fannie Maybell Taylor.

Those that remain to celebrate her life and memory are her husband, Scott Oliver; sons, Brandon (Devin) Huckaba and Preston Huckaba; daughters, Autumn Oliver, Ashley Huckaba, Emily Huckaba, and Chloe Oliver; granddaughters, Blakely, Avery, and Macie Huckaba; parents, Charles and Delores Chambers; siblings, Lisa (Scott) Phillips, David Taylor, Chad (Kelly) Chambers, and Kristina (Jim) Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on September 29, 2017 at First United Methodist Church of Alvarado at 11:00 am.
