He served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Balko Community Faith Church. He was a truck driver. He married Darlene Curnutte on February 11, 2012 in Beaver County, Oklahoma.
Gary passed on November 1, 2017 at the Beaver County Memorial Hospital the age of 74.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene, of Beaver, Oklahoma; his daughters, Misty Campbell of Lockhart, Texas, Rama Garrard of Whitesboro, Texas, Crystal Wheatley of Darrouzett, Texas and Melissa Wanger of Ft. Supply, Oklahoma; his son, Tyrell Pigg of Alvord Texas; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
