Terry Lynn Snyder, the fourth son and baby of the family, was born to Alton E. and Shirley Ann (Page) Snyder on February 19, 1972 in Red Oak, Iowa. He passed away suddenly on December 10, 2015 at his home in Red Oak, Iowa at the age of 43 years, 9 months and 21 days.

Terry lived his whole life in Red Oak, and was a 1990 graduate of Red Oak High School. Terry was united in marriage to Kelly R. King on September 15, 2007 in Red Oak, Iowa. He loved his family, especially playing and riding four wheelers and motorcycles with his children, Nolan and Sophie, even though he was quite accident prone. Terry was passionate about football and was an avid Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Pittsburg Steelers fan. He was a fitness and strength trainer at the Montgomery County Family YMCA in Red Oak. Terry spent many "good times" with his friends laughing, barbecuing and watching football.

Terry was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Snyder.

Terry is survived by his wife, Kelly Snyder of Red Oak, IA; children: Nolan and Sophie of the home; father and mother: Alton and Shirley Snyder of Red Oak, IA; brothers: Mark Snyder of Red Oak, IA; and John Snyder and partner Miles Berger of San Francisco, CA; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Roger and Lynda King of Red Oak, IA; sisters-in-law: Julie Snyder-Miller and husband David of Atlantic, IA; and Lonny Brannen and husband Michael of Council Bluffs, IA; aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 14, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church
Rev. Dr. George Hooper, Officiating

Cremation will follow the services per Terry's request.

Visitation with the family present will be held Sunday December 13, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Sellergren-Lindell-DeMarce Funeral Home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
