Judy Ann Vredenburg was born in January 1950 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Robert Hugh Vredenburg & Mae Lilly Hunkins. Shortly after her birth the family moved to Southern California in Eastern LA County, near Covina. Judy was one of thirteen siblings.
On 18 Nov 1967 she married Roger Earl Burrow from Tulia, Swisher, Texas. They divorced in 1970. They had 2 daughters and two sons.
