Vera Lee Billingsley, 88, of Fairfield, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 18, 1927 to Estill and Mary (Whitlock) Powell in Akron, Ohio.
She was a member of Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church and active in the Red Hat Society.
She was a hairdresser before working and retiring from Champion Labs in Albion.
She is survived by a son, David (Carolyn) Billingsley of Florida, and a Brother, Dean (Mary Ann) Powell of Flora.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Billingsley, her parents, and a sister, Jackie Harris.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home with burial in Cisne Cemetery.
The visitation will be Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
