Mrs. Wallace L. Ottmers nee Marilyn Schmidt of Fredericksburg passed away on Wednesday, November 1st at the age of 84 years.

Marilyn Schmidt was born on December 17th, 1932 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Eugene C. and Adele Maier Schmidt

She married Wallace L. Ottmers on April 18th, 1954 in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Fredericksburg, Texas

Mrs. Marilyn Ottmers is survived by two daughters, one son and spouses:
Troy and Karlene Ottmers of Fredericksburg
Tina and Glenn Mattlage of Lubbock
Trudy and Jeffrey Bozeman of San Angelo
Seven Grandchildren:Corey and Tracie Ottmers, Meredith and Corey Crane, Casie and Taylor Ward, Callie and Andrew Sides, Aaron and Allie Mattlage, Courtney Ottmers and Derek Eddins. Hannah and Daniel Heare,
Six Great Grandchildren: Carter and Ella Crane, Connor and Clayton Sides, Beckett and Collins Ward
Sister in law: Pat, Mrs. Frank Ottmers of Dallas

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and one brother: Julia Lange, Dayton Schmidt, Eugenia Petermann

Funeral Services for Mrs. Marilyn Ottmers will be held on Saturday, November 4th at 11:00 A.M. in the Bethany Lutheran Church with the Rev. Casey Zesch officiating

Honorary Pallbearers: Corey Ottmers, Corey Crane, Taylor Ward, Andrew Sides, Aaron Mattlage, Derek Eddins, Daniel Heare, James Daniels

In lieu of flowers the family wishes that memorials be given in her memory to the Bethany Lutheran Church Pre-School, Bethany Lutheran Church or to the charity of your choice

Visitation for Mrs. Marilyn Ottmers will begin on Friday, November 3rd from 4:30 till 6:30 P.M. and on Saturday, November 4th from 7:00 till 9:30 A.M. in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg
