A lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, she was a former employee of Shaw Industries where she worked for 18 years and attended Westside Baptist Church in Rossville, Georgia. Janice was a very humble person who was known for her smile and creativity. She loved baking and gardening, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by two daughters, Dawn Shavers and Stephanie Goff; and parents, James Calvin and Evelyn Jacqueline Parrish Towe.
She is survived by her fiance, Terry Wade Caylor of Rossville, GA.; two sons, Jon (Tiffany “Tonee”) Goff of Rossville, GA., and Stanley Reed of Rossville, GA.; sister, Susie Crutchley of Woodstock, GA.; brother, Eddie Towe of Palm Coast, FL.; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Carson, Big Chandler, Little Chandler, Cara and Stevie; two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday November 2, 2017 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Chris Crutchley officiating. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
